As the world watches Russia and Ukraine while various nations roll back pandemic measures, it should be noted, particularly in light of the official narrative around COVID-19 falling apart and as the heightened level of pandemic fear wanes, that it is necessary from the string-pullers’ perspective, to fabricate new narratives to maintain heightened stress levels at the very least. The easiest way is with figuring out methods to generate fear, anger or offense.
All three emotions can be used for good or for ill, and in the current global scenario, it plays into the plans of the string pullers, that these emotions be used for ill. Normally, such a phrase “used for ill” refers to nefarious, underhanded, evil, detrimental, damaging or even lethal plans and purposes. The word “ill” itself, generally refers to poor health, bad news, dark intent, etc. Sometimes it can refer to bad judgement such as an ill-informed decision.
All these definitions are actively in play right now across every region of the globe where state media influences the majority of citizens in a country. Rural areas of the world where media and government influence have a hard time reaching, are going about their lives as if living on a different planet. String pullers and Big Tech have been actively trying to “fix” this reality, trying to make the Internet more ubiquous across rural stretches of countryside and trying to work with governments to ensure their citizens are connected. On the surface, the reasons given are to make it easier to access information, education, opportunities, telehealth, digital banking, etc. Underneath, and slowly becoming more visible to the common man on the street, is the not-so-secret goal of The Great Reset, which is intended to be global. The founder of WEF wrote a book on the subject and published it. This is how secret it is, when you can go out and buy a book on the subject!
Various ways of reaching the goals set out under The Great Reset, require a complete upheaval of the way life goes for most of Western society and those regions of the world influenced by western ideals. China, Russia and Iran have their own ideas of how a global reworking of society should look but they all agree it will come after a period of chaos.
The World Health Organization tried several times to whip the world into a frenzy around a health crisis, beginning with SARS, but it wouldn’t be till COVID-19, that they’d be successful at instilling the level of fear necessary to test out various methods of control on a mostly world-wide scale. To keep people from cluing in too quickly, they kept changing the narrative, and the media was instructed to create division between those who followed the ever-changing narrative, and those who wouldn’t. Raising children as delicate little snowflakes starting back in the 80’s, teaching parents not to use normal disciplinary methods, to leave the kids to raise themselves, to put them in daycares and preschools out from under parental noses, to reward them merely for showing up and not for achievements earned, teaching parents and caregivers not to damage delicate little psyches, effectively raised a generation of people who got easily offended and the “Culture of Offense” was born. Literally! Over the past 10 years, I watched this new “Culture of Offense” grow and gain steam. Hardly 2 years before 2020, “Cancel Culture” became a thing, low level to begin with, but used to great advantage by the media once the pandemic began. Social media had taught a whole generation that being liked was important, being cancelled was anathema, but it wasn’t called “cancelled” yet. Not till the years leading to the pandemic did that word become part of the social fabric as something to be avoided at all costs.
The digital age we live in has been called by Klaus Schwab as the Digital Revolution or the 3rd industrial revolution. I’m going to quote a few Scripture passages now:
Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron; Forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing to be refused, if it be received with thanksgiving: For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
1 Timothy 4:1-5If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness; He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.
2 Timothy 3:1-9
Did you see anything familiar in these passages?! We live in the information age! Access to information has never been more abundant worldwide than it is now. Along with it, has risen increasing deception and that deception is being used to great effect right now in and out of the Church to achieve diabolical ends.
When you look at many of the descriptors used in these passages, you see people who are prideful, rude, hypocritical, selfish, self-righteous and contentious. When you get a group of people each exhibiting these traits, you get strife, you get anger, you get offense. Hmmm. . .
When life took a turn for me in 2013, I learned that the human body was not built for a high-stress lifestyle. When the body, mind and spirit are calm, the person can handle what life throws at it far easier than when the body, mind and spirit are stressed. Many used to tell me that there was good or beneficial stress, and bad or negative stress. I learned that my body did not make that differentiation. Stress was stress and if I didn’t learn to manage it, I wouldn’t begin to heal. Stress is managed by assessing what is going on in your life, assessing priority levels for those various situations and responsibilities, then removing those you can, reducing those you can, and figuring out healthier ways of dealing with those that remain. This exercise results in different answers for every single person. My discoveries around stress were due to Adrenal Fatigue, sometimes called Chronic Fatigue. Stress causes the adrenals to kick out Cortisol which is used to calm the body. If there is too much Cortisol in the body, the body can’t calm down from high-stress situations very well and other health problems develop. Many doctors don’t acknowledge this condition, so I was largely on my own, with help from family, to figure it out and address it.
Since then, I’ve learned that living in a state of constant high-stress has other damaging health effects too, not merely on the endocrine system. The body’s cardiovascular system doesn’t do well under consistent high stress either. One of the health impacts we already know, is that a person experiencing sudden terrifying fear can have a heart attack. Sudden high-stress seemingly out of nowhere can have the same effect. One of the body’s answers to high stress is increasing the heart rate which increases blood pressure, usually intended to give the person more energy to deal with the situation at hand. But when the high stress doesn’t go away, that stresses the cardiovascular system, most strongly impacting the heart itself. High blood pressure is already known to cause a myriad of health problems by itself.
Now we come back to life as we currently have it leaving one stressful narrative and seemingly entering another. I’ve been studying for my Natural Health Practitioner’s Diploma (obtained March 23, 2022), but augmenting those courses with my own research during the pandemic. When knowledge of strange clots surfaced from various morticians around the world, and medical advice being to take anti-fibrinogen supplements, I dug into it a little from the whole food perspective and ran across a list of fibrinogen contraindicators. Stress was on that list. Stress is known to strengthen platelet coagulation so that if the situation you are facing might result in injury, you can recover faster. This is now working against those who have received one or more mandated pandemic shots.
But how does one lower their stress levels right now in the times we currently live in?!
- First, take charge of the time you spend online and be more mindful of what you are doing for how long you’re doing it. If you are engaging in what some are now calling “Doom scrolling” on social media or media outlets, STOP! Replace the doom scrolling with another activity, ideally something away from your electronics for a couple hours or more. Yes you need to be aware of what is going on so that you can proactively deal with it, but if you are in the aware state without getting up to deal with it, you’re stuck in information-only and it’s slowly causing your body damage. If you’ve spent two hours discovering the news about food shortages, replace that scrolling by getting up and assessing what you need to be putting away, then go out and put some of it away. You will feel better that you have addressed, or begun addressing that concern. Just as one example. Replace the damaging action with a beneficial action. By doing this, you are acknowledging those things you have control over, and you are dealing with them in ways that will benefit your household.
- Second, if the time you are spending online means half the day goes by and nothing got done, restrict your media intake to an hour or so, then get up and do something else. Maybe it’s a walk to the mailbox, maybe the dog needs your attention, or your garden. But start reducing your time spent online.
- Third, if you watch television, the best thing you can do for yourself is to unplug it, drop it out a 3rd story window, and take the pieces to the dump. Seriously! There are SO many reasons for removing this box from your home that I won’t go into them all here, but one of those reasons is the level of stress you bring on yourself by sitting there watching with no doing.
- Fourth, replace the background radio/TV noise with praise and worship music. This will literally change the atmosphere in your home and aid in refocusing your thoughts and emotions onto the things of God rather than on the negative elements the world is throwing at you. This will give you a healthier perspective from which to act on those bits of news whose outcomes you can control in your own life.
- Fifth, engage in private time with just you and God for at least 15min each day, if not more. Opening your Bible and reading a chapter a day, or up to 10 verses a day with a notepad nearby, or a devotional that has you read more Scripture than their own writing, will do so much for not just your Spirit, mind and emotions, but over time you will notice your body responding too. Time spent in God’s presence is calming for your entire being, body, soul and spirit. This is something you can regiment if you have a personality that thrives on routine. You can add to this whenever you sense yourself being overcome by what is going on in the world as well. The moment you sense yourself getting overwhelmed, shut down the feed and open your Bible, put on the worship music, go into a time of prayerful praise and worship, etc. The world tries to copy this with harmful behaviour that opens up your mind and body to the forces of our archenemy, satan and his minions, known as demons in Scripture. They can enter via yoga, new-age style meditation, new-age style mindfulness, trance music, centering, and other spiritually harmful practices. The ability to control your reality does not come from within you, yourself, it comes from Christ within you, the Hope of Glory. The Holy Spirit living in and through you, and God the Father overshadowing you. Look to Christ in these times, rest in His presence when you are stressed, ask the Holy Spirit for wisdom, insight, understanding, foresight, discernment, and the means and wherewithal to act on what He reveals to you. (because prayer has feet!)
When you lower the stress you are living with, your body is able to function better, your blood can flow easier, your adrenals can function more effectively. Jesus said:
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
