A meme shared earlier today reminded me of the movie: Birdcage, where a mom and her kids see these hideous beings (never shown to the camera apparently according to reviewers, never watched the movie myself) and cover their eyes while trying to get away from them. The meme was joking about wearing eye masks to prevent people from seeing what is really going on right now, and I know many of us would describe what is going on as hideous to put it mildly.
Then my mind turned to the Buddhist monkeys who “see no evil, hear no evil, and speak no evil” and I realized another action is missing from the trio. “Do no evil”, which, as I sit here thinking about it, is very similar to Google’s former mantra: “Don’t be evil”. I just did a search (not on google’s engine) for their mantra and ran across an article written in December 2020, about how and when this mantra disappeared.
Considering that Christ said that our thoughts matter, that what comes out of our mouths soils us more than what we put into our mouths, (referring to food at that point), and considering that elsewhere in Scripture we are told to guard our hearts, that out of it come the issues of life, (proverbs), that the heart apart from Christ is desperately wicked, that God’s Word exposes what is in our hearts (New Testament), it stands to reason that speaking and doing evil come from being evil, and that being evil stems, in part, from seeing and hearing evil. Because we speak and do based on what influences those words and actions and how we internalize those influences.
In Google’s case, profit took over from service. Service said to not be evil. Profit says to do whatever is necessary to make a profit, and they’ve been losing key employees over that shift since 2017. This is without Christ being at the helm of leadership’s lives over there. It’s amazing sometimes, how sin can both be so blind, and yet recognize itself in others without God being honoured in either case. God said He would write His laws on our hearts, and He has. We know right from wrong as mere sinners, let alone as blood-washed believers.
As believers, we are to guard what enters our eye gates and ear gates. We do this by critically examining our entertainment choices and our entertainment sources. We can’t do as the world does and just claim merriment or education as the reason we accept fictitious sinful behaviour in our vision or hearing. What we feed our minds with eventually sways our world view and our behaviour toward others as a result of that changed world view.
We guard our eye and ear gates by being critical of the news we choose to ingest as well. A fair bit of what is called “news” these days is nothing more than gossip and it bothers me to see Christians spreading it around. Next to gossip rags now being mainstream news articles, it seems that catastrophe and the breaking of the 10 commandments regularly makes the news too. Stories about murders, thefts, broken relationships, the rise and fall of idols, etc, has earned the nightly news the title of “the nightly blues”. But one seriously has to only click on the news station’s entertainment category to find the reasons for the “terrible” news in the main news headlines.
For some inexplicable reason that only sin can explain, it is perfectly ok to tell the human subconscious that murder, sex outside of marriage with anyone you choose consent or no, theft, crime of varying degrees, is all at your personal whim and fancy, but then turn around and tell the human conscious mind that those things are wrong, watch them get dredged out to sink opponents in the political and economic arenas, and dragged through the courts, killing careers, etc.
If it’s wrong in the courts, wrong on the street, wrong in the business world and wrong in the political world, wouldn’t it stand to reason it would be wrong in the world of entertainment too? This form of logic, while lost on the unsaved world, seems to be lost in the Christian world too, for far too many people. A youth group music pastor on Facebook scathingly got after everyone in his newsfeed for how much time he spent watching Game of Thrones (he’s married) and telling everyone not to judge. I didn’t enter that conversation because many who cared about his influences were being raked over the coals for doing so, but I understood and shared their concerns. I’ve written various times about the need to be careful about what we put into our hearts and minds.
We need to get back to critically examining our news and entertainment choices so that what God says to our subconscious in His Word, has more sway on our functional world view than what the world is feeding us.
Yes, Google, “don’t be evil” does mean monitoring one’s world view and how it impacts doing business and doing life. It does shackle one from decisions that would harm others, harm one’s self, or negatively affect one’s world view and by extension impact how business is done and the profits realized from that business.
We don’t need blindfolds or masks, we need the filter of God’s Word and the conviction of the Holy Spirit.

Today’s blog post may seem disjointed, but read through to the end, then reread if you need to. My son has a friend who observed changes in his own personality after getting his shot. There is an article further down discussing psychological reports in the UK. Sandwiching this article are two moments in our home that need to be shared, followed by a call to action, the background of which my family is not yet at leave to share.
Back on September 18, 2015, the following set of paragraphs opened my blog post that evening:
In a dream my daughter shared with me for a second time tonight, she and Isaiah had gone to a youth conference in another town, they went into an auditorium packed full of people. Much was being said and it was unsettling, but she had not paid attention to what exactly was being shared. They went back to the hotel room and part way through the night, a dog was observed rotting but acting like a regular dog otherwise. Things started to cascade, birds, cats, all living regular lives but zombified and the sight of them freaked out those that saw them. The next night people began turning into mindless husks, trying to make you one of them, hotel guests were freaking out. Those that remained of the youth that had travelled with Ashley and Isaiah met at the bus and then found themselves running all over town. At one point they went into someone’s house, more towns folk were beating up against glass, one broke in, the kids had to break out and dash, going up a road past a hill behind the conference complex. They climbed this hill and found themselves overlooking what appeared to be a peaceful town in the morning light.
Tonight, Ashley came out of her room after saying goodnight prayers, saying that the time for these events to occur in the real world, with the dream being a metaphor, was tonight and that stuff was to begin coming to pass beginning this evening, sept 17th, 2015. She came out to remind me of this dream, which she’d actually had much earlier in the year, holding her head. After reminding me of the dream’s contents and telling me that the sense she was getting was that it would all unfold tonight, she felt an ease in her spirit and went back to bed.
Before she left for bed, I asked her what she felt was going to be the manifestation of this, but all she could come up with were the following:
~ The spreading of info to a mass of people such as via media, social networks, etc.
~ The world dying around us but still moving on as if it were alive
~ Humans being drained of their personalities and wanting to make you part of the hoard.

Today, December 15th, 2021, I read an article about reports of psychotic behaviour setting in for many who take “the shot”.
The discussion of zombies in this article reminded me of the above dream, and a note I wrote on FB back in 2011 and updated a bit November 5, 2020 about zombies that I want to re-share here (I left FB Feb 2021, so had to use my downloaded files to dig this back up):
One Christian’s Thoughts on the Zombie Craze. . . Might not be what you think. . .
By Marilynn Dawson
April 21, 2011
So I am laying in bed trying to rest, when various thoughts go through my head ranging from work to pastors to news. . . when one particular local news story latches onto my brain and won’t let go!
Earlier in the week, a local group of people who happen to be part of the current zombie craze, got together wearing a wide variety of costumes representing the undead, and paraded through City Park. Apparently the attendees all had a blast, and even some of the passersby took pictures, with only one driver ticked off that he had to wait for this group to cross an intersection he was trying to pass through himself. Supposedly everyone had a great time and the organizer wants to do it again next year.
Zombies have been featured in TV shows, movies, games, etc. Some of them will eat the flesh off your bones while you are still alive. Others will simply drain your life’s blood in a vain effort to boost their own rapidly depleting store. Still others are too dazed to be of any danger to anyone, save scaring those that happen across their path.
I was reading the local news article when a thought hit me, and several days later, when I should be sleeping, its hit me again and this time I have to say something about it or I’m sure I won’t get to sleep! The news over the past year+ has been full of either natural or man-made disasters. . . the Gulf Oil spill, the Haitian and Chilean earthquakes, the New Zealand quake, the Pakistan flooding, the Japanese triple disaster-earthquake/tsunami/nuclear meltdown, and others. Humanitarian aid groups, governments, NGO’s, hospital teams, paramedics, and the military have found themselves facing crises of far bigger proportions than they are used to dealing with.
My Bible tells me this is just the beginning, that in coming years, particularly after Christ returns in the clouds for His Church, that disasters of this magnitude will be dwarfed by what is to come! It’s a very small stretch of the imagination to imagine the world with so many cataclysmic events that the aid groups can’t get to everyone, governments are out of funds to send anyone, military can hardly keep the peace let alone hunt for the buried, and NGO’s are stretched so thin they are throwing their hands up in despair. Hospitals and paramedics attempt crude triage in an effort to look like they are making even a sliver of progress.
In such a scenario, who do you think will be roaming the streets? It is said that a person with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder can sometimes be found engaging in mindless activity with no apparent recognition of what is going on around them in the world. A story out of Rwanda 14 years after the genocide there, showed a lady with a small hand broom in her hand, perpetually sweeping the side of the road as she walked, oblivious to anyone around her, totally withdrawn from the world due to the trauma of what she saw and went through during the genocide. Imagine this happening to someone who is in dire need of medical help. People with missing limbs, dangling body parts, open gashes, bloody cuts and scrapes, wandering the streets either looking for help, or oblivious to the world because of the trauma they have just experienced.
These are the zombies of the future! These are very much alive, but unable to find help. If left too long, gangrene might set in, disease may take over, and some may go mad, frothing at the mouth and acting like they belong in a padded room. At that point even those who could offer help, will be too scared to and run the other direction. Will any try to act like flesh-eating monsters? I doubt that to be honest. The only way I can see that happening is if a person also becomes possessed by a demon, and that is possible.
In light of the very real potential of the above scenario coming to pass, particularly when one studies the events of the book of Revelation, Ezekiel, Daniel, Joel, and various passages in the Psalms from a prophetic perspective, it makes perfect sense that the enemy of our souls would try to desensitize the world to the sight of such awful humanity. The best way to get a populace to accept something, is to put it into entertainment first. Once a given thought or perspective has been presented often enough in enough forms of media and entertainment, its only a matter of time before people begin to accept such a thought as potentially coming to pass. It’s a small step from that hypothetical discussion to the real deal. Therefore, getting people, including many Christians I know, desensitized to the plight of those who are too far gone to receive medical attention, is a goal that appears to be succeeding. We now have people dressing up as their favourite undead and parading in broad daylight through the most well-known and most frequently visited park in the city! And this isn’t to count other possible gatherings in other cities where such enthusiasts may live.
Will Christians be around when God’s wrath is poured out on the earth? Scripture says that while the Church will be raptured ahead of God’s judgments, that people will still come to Christ thanks to a group of evangelists God will raise up after the removal of His Church. So yes, there will be Christians who will have the potential to see real-life zombies wandering their streets. In some ways I write this, not for those of us alive at the time I write this, but for anyone who may stumble on this in the future after I am gone.
But I do ask, what should be the Christian’s response to this zombie craze? Does anything about this craze glorify God, or fit into Philippians 4? Does anything about this craze allow us to further the cause of the Great Commission? The answer to the first question is a resounding NO! But the answer to the second question is a resounding YES!!! Christ has said repeatedly that the time is short, that He is coming soon, that what we see happening around us is the beginning and that we are not to sit idly by while we watch the earth proceed with the birth pangs leading up to His return. What this means, is that we are to be watchful, to be observant, and to use the signs of the times as impetus to more urgently seek to spread the good news of the Gospel. The goal for those of us alive as I write this, is to do what we can to spare those we know from the wrath to come!
For those who come to Christ AFTER the rapture, and who stumble across these words, I have this to say. . . You have been presented with an amazing and incredible task that may very well cost you your life in the process of carrying out! You are called to be the hands and feet of Christ, and to reach out and touch the untouchables, reach out and extend relief to those God places in your path, using whatever means available to you to lessen the suffering those who cannot get help. Are they bloody? Are they missing bits of themselves? Are they glassy-eyed, dazed, and wandering aimless? You may very well be the last bit of tenderness they may experience before death finally comes for them.
Revelation mentions a torture by way of what seems to be a lab-generated insect, that causes such pain and torment that the victim cries for death but death won’t come. This passage says they will try to kill themselves but they will suffer this torment for a period of 5 months and be literally unable to die! You can bet there will be zombies wandering around during that 5 months for sure! People who look like they should have died, but who for some inexplicable reason that only Revelation attests to, they remain alive! Revelation says such torment will come upon those who accepted the Mark of the Beast in order to take part in the economic system.
The fictitious zombies of our current entertainment show all the signs of demon possession, PTSD, catastrophic survival, and the inability to die from it all. As grotesque as some of them appear in our entertainment, it is thoroughly logical to expect that their living counterparts will one day roam in the future, and it will be up to us as followers of Christ, to offer the cup of cold water that everyone else won’t even give with a 10 foot pole! There. . . I think I have that out of my system and can now go to sleep. . .

What I find amazing about the 2011 piece and the 2015 dream my daughter had, is just how to-the-point they’ve turned out to be. The only thing I look back on now and realize may have two parts to it (as Scriptural prophecy often does, 2, 3, more times around the mountain with the final time being the final fulfillment) is the paragraph where I said:
“It’s a very small stretch of the imagination to imagine the world with so many cataclysmic events that the aid groups can’t get to everyone, governments are out of funds to send anyone, military can hardly keep the peace let alone hunt for the buried, and NGO’s are stretched so thin they are throwing their hands up in despair. Hospitals and paramedics attempt crude triage in an effort to look like they are making even a sliver of progress.”
Small stretch indeed, and we haven’t even hit the Great Tribulation yet and look what’s on the nightly news!
The article linked above discussing reports in the UK’s database and the story of the young lady in the San Diego CA hospital, point to this very problem showing up now with just trial runs of the coming Mark of the Beast and it isn’t even the real thing yet. Notice that word “YET”. . . I and others are pretty sure the string pullers feel they have found what they will use. MIT has developed a dye that can be used in vaccines to mark the skin, identifying the person and the vaccine they took. Nanochips exist now that could be administered via injection. Serious efforts to identify the best virus that could act as a vaccine vector were under way in 2014, and you don’t have to search very far now to find out just how long ago Fauci was enabling gain-of-function research both in the US and in China.
God speaks to my daughter in dreams, and there are times when He speaks prophetically through my own fingers. Some things we have been freed to share, such as the above bits from 2011 and 2015. Other things we are told not to share, that it is for our own info only and while it would have no bearing on how others do or don’t respond to what is going on around us, sharing it could put us in grave danger unnecessarily.
What I CAN say about our take-aways from some of those dreams regarding current events, is that while the “vaccine” remains “experimental” and does not become the final tool for the Mark of the Beast, people are rescuable if they want and will accept being rescued!
Many of the same preventive foods and supplemental compounds that protect against COVID-19 and that protect against the spike protein, also help to break up graphene oxide, protect RNA of the body’s cells, and some are claiming perhaps even to repair damaged RNA. That last claim I am not sure of yet for myself, but it’s out there. The mere fact that the body will mark for removal, mutated cells is no doubt one of the reasons why boosters are being mandated. God created nature to tag mutated cells and block their transmission from one generation to the next. This is why Monsanto refuses to let farmers harvest their own seeds after planting Monsanto seeds. The plant DNA marks mutated cells for removal and won’t replicate them very readily, resulting in subsequent plants having less and less resistance to harmful pesticides. The human body is created to do the same thing. So while many aspects of the “vaxx” damage are permanent to the person experiencing them, to some extent it is possible to mitigate that damage.
But the biggest method of rescue at this time isn’t in educating people to use the right foods, herbs and supplements alone, it is in steering them away from the voices seeking to overwhelm them with fear, paranoia, and tyrannical control. The voice of reason needs to be louder in their ears than the voice of fear-mongering! Share the ways to stay healthy and why you want to stay healthy. Share the ways to get better that don’t mean running to mainstream medical. Encourage people to turn off the news and turn on the worship music and open God’s Word. When their fear factor has receded back down to reasonable levels, you can educate them on why mainstream media and mainstream medical are so dangerous and what Scripture has to say about them and their message.
Those who want to be rescued, at this point in time, still have a chance of rescue. Those who don’t see the need for rescue will be lost, not only lost, but may try to hunt down those who offered to rescue them, or who rescued someone near and dear to them.
Unfortunately, it very well may be this last group also, who become participants in “the zombie apocalypse”.
Don’t waste your breath on those who won’t listen. Turn your attention to those who are on the fence and to those crying out for help. It may be that some of them can be saved.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.
John 1:1-5
While the timing has lined up at various times over the years in the past, perhaps it is extra special this year, that the first night of Hanukkah would coincide with the first Sunday of Advent!
Hanukkah is the 8 day celebration of the miracle of a single day’s worth of oil lasting for eight days in the Temple. In John, we read of Christ present on Solomon’s Porch in winter, during the Feast of Dedication, which is another name for the holiday.
And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter. And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon’s porch.
John 10:22-23
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.
John 8:12
Christ came to earth as a baby born to a Jewish virgin, grew up in a Jewish home under Roman occupation and would no doubt have been taught the significance of Hanukkah.
Across the world, lighting a candle has various meanings. For some, it is remembering loved ones. For others, it is a connection to something greater. For others still, it is a prayer, and in every case, it is a symbol of the desire to be found “in the light” or to have life illuminated, the way forward illuminated, dispel darkness, etc.
Many continue on in spiritual darkness after the physical candle’s flame has gone out. It is only temporary and the desires, hopes and prayers it represents continue on as wishful thinking, hope against hope, and sometimes even despair that life carries on as it always has.
The eternal light is only found in Christ. As prophets spoke across the Old Testament, all who listened held out hope of the promised Messiah. Messiah came and was not recognized by His own as recorded in John chapter 1. Today the Jews, by and large, still do not recognize Him as Messiah, and they won’t until He comes as King and then Scripture says they will mourn Him, recognizing Him as the One they pierced. It is always a celebration when a Jew accepts Jesus as Messiah right now, before Christ comes back as King!
Tonight is the also the first Sunday of Advent when we light the Purple Candle of Hope. More than ever, we need to cling to the Hope found in Christ! There is increasing darkness in our world that was prophesied by John in the book of Revelation, foretold by Christ in Matthew 24, shown to Ezekiel in a few places of his book, and foretold by Daniel, not to mention a few other minor prophets of the Old Testament. The fact our days were foretold doesn’t make it easier to live through as the generation that would see The Fig Tree blossom (Israel becoming a nation again), but the foretelling also tells us that we are closer to the days when Christ will vanquish our eternal arch enemy, his hordes, and his followers once and for all. Evil and darkness will be banished and we will forever live in the Light of the Lamb of God, King of the Universe.
As Scripture admonishes us, be ready with an answer if anyone asks you about your faith. Be willing to stand up as a follower, believer, and Child of God. Be willing to shine your light and flash a beacon of hope to the increasingly-hurting world around us.
Have you noticed when you light a candle during the day, it doesn’t seem to affect much around it. If you light a candle at dusk or early morning, it may affect it’s surroundings a little. But if you light a candle after dark, suddenly it’s flame seems so bright!
For centuries, the western world has seemed to most believers to respond very little to their light. There have been spot revivals here and there, and some denominations grew out of those revivals. But it seemed that shining our light around us had small impact. We would hear stories of those who shone their lights in the darkness of city ghettos and how many would be saved as a result. But for most of us in the Christian and then post-Christian eras as time turned to dusk on the clock, our lights didn’t seem to go very far. But the clock has ticked further. The Church age is closing and soon we will enter The Time of Jacob’s Trouble. Soon the Holy Spirit’s restraining hand will be removed and along with it, the Bride of Christ will be raptured.
Are you ready for that day? Have you submitted yourself to Christ’s Lordship and surrendered to the Holy Spirit’s work in your life? Don’t be caught sleeping as the 5 virgins were who did not have oil in their lamps. Now, while there is still time, resubmit and surrender afresh. Scripture tells us that there will be believers here on earth after the Holy Spirit is withdrawn. 12,000 of each tribe of Israel will be appointed the new evangelists and accepting Christ as Lord will be a death sentence. I don’t wish those days upon those who do not want to surrender or submit now. The birth pangs leading to those days are challenging enough as it is and giving many of us a taste of what life will be like in those days.
As you light the candle of Hope today, as we begin a new Advent season, let us eagerly look toward Christ’s coming in the clouds and cry Maranatha! Come Lord Jesus!

A recent discussion sprang up over access to Ivermectin in New Zealand, Canada, the US, and a few other countries. It’s common knowledge that mainstream media, mainstream medical, and government string pullers alongside Big Pharma, are all against the use of Ivermectin to treat covid. Wormwood came up in the conversation and I began doing some research when I ran across an article sharing 6 alternatives to ivermectin, with wormwood and tansy as the first two listed.
Wormwood includes such plants as sagewort, mugwort, tarragon, etc. We’re all familiar with sage either as a herb in cooking, an ingredient in aromatherapy, or in indigenous smudging ceremonies. We have various sages growing wild where we live and discovered Great Sage this summer in one area nearby. Now that I’m a Natural Health Practitioner in training since the end of August 2021, coming across this list was rather encouraging. I won’t share the list here, because at the end of the article, it does what I’m always advising against, which is broad-stroke removal of foods because of one reason or another. The logic behind such sweeping behaviour would render us all dead from nothing to eat if we followed that line of thinking.
One person in the conversation began to muse about other dewormers out there if Ivermectin gets hard to come by. They use the animal formulation for their horses and were talking about the human dosages that exist. There are human formulations of Ivermectin as well that won Nobel prizes back in 2016 for successful treatment of Malaria.
A herbal dewormer we use for my daughter’s horse, consists of cloves, thyme, and cumin. Thyme liquifies pinworm eggs, and the other two attack other worms. Sage of any type isn’t recommended for horses due to not knowing which equines will react badly to it. My daughter is quick to say her herb blend is anecdotal in nature, but it has successfully cured her horse any time tail itching wasn’t the result of a dandruffy dock, shedding hair on the dock, or a dirty udder.
Horse physiology and medicine overlaps humans quite often to my own surprise, but there are differences in how they handle various foods. We don’t get shiny coats from flax, they do. They can’t digest oil, we can. We can use sage as a dewormer, they shouldn’t. But we both can use the cloves/thyme/cumin blend as a dewormer. A number of herbs and spices that are used in India are actually dewormers and anti-parasitic.
My daughter and I put together an anti-malarial pdf back in the early part of 2021 available on a form on my coaching site. The list was built from an Indian and Ugandan set of studies on foods, herbs and spices that successfully treat malaria over there. The foods we listed are available here in North America either in the store or in the wild or you kitchen garden. Many of these foods have various quinines in them that are also present in HCQ, quercetins, etc.
Needless to say, today’s discussion and resulting digging proved educational for me in that I’ve learned the wormwood family is a good substitute for Ivermectin. 2+2 always = 4, and I very much enjoy watching dots get connected!

Behavioural Science Tools!!! Are we feeling played yet???
G20-HLIP-Report.pdf
Original location
An annotated version highlights this statement on page 31 of this 92 page document:
“Governance, communication and behavioral science tools have also been important in shaping social adherence to public health measures, and minimizing distrust of science and medical professionals “
Behavioural science tools to shape social adherence. . . Such as those used to create mass psychosis??? Dr. Mercola released a commentary on the video “A Killing of the mind” about this very thing! The only scientists we distrust are those bought out by corporations or governments to say what they’ve been told to say even when what they’ve been told goes against everything tested using…wait for it. . . The Scientific Method!
What is this strange concept, you ask? It begins with a hypothesis. That hypothesis is tested, notes are made. Do the test results match the hypothesis? Yes? Is it reproducible? Yes? How many times before it changes? It doesn’t? Very few exceptions? We have a solid working understanding then.
The test results didn’t match the hypothesis? Was the test method faulty? No? Then the hypothesis needs to be changed and the testing restarted. Yes the testing method was faulty? Change the method, take notes, do the results from the revised method prove the hypothesis? Yes? Repeatedly? Very few exceptions? We have solid working understandings then. No? Back to the drawing board we go.
If no matter which way we approach the hypothesis or test for it, we can’t get answers that line up with it, then it must be scrapped and a new hypothesis formed.
This method has proven many things that include best practices for general prevention and treatment of respiratory illnesses, and those who put THAT knowledge to use, survived bad cases, or hardly felt minor cases, or even staved it off and never felt it at all. The so-called “settled science” bought off by the government, has been killing people worldwide. Which science does this paper want behavioural science tools influencing society’s sudden distrust of? “Settled Science” or a better term for it, Junk Science!!! Which medical professionals do they need the public trusting and feel behavioural science tools must be employed to ensure? Those bought off or threatened by the government to say only what they are told to say!
I’m was only 1/3rd of the way through the highlighted version of this document that a fellow watchman combed through to note various themes related to the pandemic, global government, supply chains, etc when I first wrote this rant 12 days ago. But those three words, “behavioural science tools” tell me SO MUCH about what has happened over the past 18 months!!!
Now. . . Check out these quotes from two recent Mercola articles (they are linked here but will be taken down over the next two days, so if you read this and these links are not clickable, then you missed these articles:
“” Actual, reproducible science by bonafide scientists is being dismissed as “ideology masquerading as science,” while fake or flimsy science is being held up as the only science worthy of that designation.”
Reproducible science! That’s what the Scientific Method strives for and that has been so resoundingly shut down for almost 2 years now!
“The COVID-19 pandemic has brought out an unprecedented attack on science, which
has accelerated flaws already apparent in the scientific method and published literature.Healthy skepticism is a necessary part of science, but one that is often confused with denial.
While denial describes a belief that persists even when evidence to the contrary is overwhelming, skepticism, as reported by NASA, “allows scientists to reach logical conclusions supported by evidence that has been examined and confirmed by others in the same field, even when that evidence does not confirm absolute certainty.” They continue:
“Skepticism helps scientists to remain objective when performing scientific inquiry and research. It forces them to examine claims (their own and those of others) to be certain that there is sufficient evidence to back them up.
Skeptics do not doubt every claim, only those backed by insufficient evidence or by data that have been improperly collected, are not relevant or cannot support the rationale being made.”
During the pandemic, skepticism has been regarded as the enemy and skeptics labeled as conspiracy theorists. Respected leaders in fields have been threatened with discipline and even loss of their licenses for questioning the official narrative.”
“This is a dirty war, one without dignity. Opponents were threatened, abused, and bullied by cancel culture campaigns in social media, hit stories in mainstream media, and bestsellers written by zealots. Statements were distorted, turned into straw men, and ridiculed. Wikipedia pages were vandalized.
Reputations were systematically devastated and destroyed. Many brilliant scientists were abused and received threats during the pandemic, intended to make them and their families miserable.””

It’s no mystery to those who have been following my blog for the past few years, that the idea of entering the world of coaching began taking shape in 2019. The original goal was nutritional coaching in the world of food-as-medicine, I found a Christian online college teaching Natural Health, Biblical wellness, whole food nutrition, and herbology, and set about trying to find the funds to pay for it. When a job fell through due to an unscrupulous boss, I looked over my published books and wanted to use The Poor Man’s Budget: a 5 Week Course – Learning to Live Within Your Means as a way to teach the lessons God taught me about living low-income as a single mother of two kids (who both graduated in 2013) and a way to raise funds for the natural health/food as medicine Biblical coaching I wanted to get into. I sat in on a business acceleration week with a Pastor’s Wife who is also a business coach, re-examined what I’d written in this course and realized both the focus and the means. The focus for teaching in a revamped manner was a triplet of coaching pillars: Taming the Clock, Taming the Cupboard and Taming the Coin. The target market were other Christian single mothers like myself who had school-aged kids. This all got hammered out by the end of March 2020, and mid-March I began a basic Life Coaching Certification course from New Skills Academy and got the certificate mid-April 2020.
I joined a number of Christian business groups around Facebook in 2020, all in an effort to learn more about the world of coaching from a Christian perspective, but as the months wore on, things began to get really uncomfortable! Sure, pushing myself through 6 weeks of learning to get reasonably ok with showing up on video was uncomfortable. Paying out for a course on how to do challenges to build one’s business wasn’t comfortable. But these were far easier to stomach than the New Agey, self-focussed memes, blurbs, teaching videos, and lists that were showing up in these groups! A big one I have had a very hard time wrapping my head around, that those who claim not to support the Prosperity Gospel will figure out ways to justify, is the concept of self-love!
We’re talking about the modern concept of “me time”, things like pampering one’s self, taking one’s self out for a treat for having passed a business goal, not being ashamed of enjoying “the finer things” in life, etc. On the surface, why shouldn’t anyone NOT enjoy the “finer things” when they come? Who doesn’t like celebrating a win, a goal, or a challenge overcome? Anyone can enjoy an evening in the jacuzzi, but is this really how we as believer should look at ourselves? Does this fly in developing nations where we have brothers and sisters in Christ? How about the Persecuted Church? Or are they lesser believers because their faith hasn’t brought them the good things in life? Should we feel shame at the blessings our hard work gets us? If God is honoured first, no shame, and Scripture does show those who were blessed with wealth, but not always blessed with ease. If Self is first, and so many of these teachings put Self first, then yes, there should be shame! Why?
I’ve been troubled by these teachings for over a year now, but have struggled with putting it all into words. I left Facebook in February 2021, having joined MeWe a few months earlier. Recently, a member of one group I joined, had this to say about the concept of self-love, what Scripture says, doesn’t say, and where the skewing is coming into play. I asked if I could publish what they said and was given permission. This person likes to liberally use Scripture, so get your Bible out:

This is a study on the subject of “Self-Love” although it may appear to be exhaustive, it is not completely. However, it is absolutely accurate and scriptural.
As an attempt to clarify a biblical position on an unbiblical teaching, I need to point out some scriptural truths, to hopefully put things in order.
The Bible clearly says that “God is not the author of confusion” (I Cor. 14:33a) so it is with this in mind, I hope explain what the Bible actually says in regard to this subject.
I need to also bring to mind what the scripture says regarding the matter for false teachers and their doctrine.
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;” (I Tim 4:1)
The Bible also instructs us to be aware of this truth when it tells us
“And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.” (Matt. 24:11).
Be careful when someone preaches things that are easy to accept, and tickle the ears. Things that are what you want to hear.
2nd Tim. 4:3-4 “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
Do not look at the works that these people may do, look at how they teach and preach the Word of God!
Matt. 7:21-23 “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. (22) Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? (23) And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
Another verse says that
(II Cor. 11:13) “For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.” And finally “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. (2) For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (3) Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, (4) Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God;”
This list sounds pretty bad, but it concludes by saying,
“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away” (II Tim. 3:1-5).
It says that even though they are doing all these ungodly things, still they have a form of godliness. Among these evil practices is listed “Lovers of their own selves” i.e. Self Love.
What do the scriptures actually say about self-love? It is NOT what is commonly taught today. I had an individual tell me to support the idea that the bible teaches self-love, to look at a few verses that say to love thy neighbor as thyself,
(Matt. 19:19, 22:39, Mark 12:31, Luke 10:27, Rom. 13:9b, Gal. 5:14, and James 2:8)
Please take the time and look at each of these verses and the context that they are written. In every example that the Bible speaks of loving thy neighbor as thyself, not once are we commanded to love ourselves, not once. We are however, commanded to love our neighbor. I don’t usually go to the greek to understand English. However, many that use the greek to cast doubt on what the Bible says, so they can change the words and meaning of the scripture, will degrade me as inferior for not doing so. The Greek word for love here is “agapaō” which is derived from “agan” and if you want to be even more ridiculous it is “ăyav” which is to love in a social or moral sense. The scripture is not telling you to “love” in a way other than to care for your neighbor. If you despise something or abhor something you will not care for it. You will allow it to fall into disrepair and to end up in the garbage. As you bathe yourself, feed yourself, take care of yourself, so should you care about your neighbor. I am not saying for you to bathe your neighbor. However if your neighbor has need, and you are aware of it, as you would care for yourself, you should care for your neighbor. This is what the scripture teaches. As II Tim. 3:2 condemns self-love, so does the verse prior to Galatians 5:14
(13b) “but by love serve one another.”
Serve here literally means “to be a slave to (lit or fig, invol. or vol.) be in bondage to” again for those that refuse to accept the Bible as an authority the greek word is Soυλενω dŏulĕuō. Of course I am referring to the Koine Greek, which was the common person’s language at the time of the New Testament was being written. The idea here is to serve others not self, as self-love pushes. Other verses that instruct us to put others first are
Gal. 6:2, Mark 10:43-45, Rom. 15:1-2, I Cor. 10:24 Phil. 2:4-8, I John 3:17-18.
Let me clarify I Corinthians 10:24 in the KJB
“Let no man seek his own, but every man another’s wealth.”
This verse is NOT telling you to seek someone else’s wealth. It is in fact telling you to seek to make others wealthy not to make yourself wealthy. All of these verses and others instruct us to put others first and not to focus on self and what we want. Again, contrary to what is being put forth today, God through His Word is dividing flesh from Spirit, Flesh says take care of self. Spirit says take care of your neighbor. As God commonly instructs us to go against our fleshly or natural tendency, i.e. wives submit to your husbands, and Husbands love your wives as Christ loved the church. This seemingly goes against our natural predisposition, Yet God instructs us to do just that, to take care of your neighbor as you would take care of your own needs.
What is self-love? According to “mind bodygreen” people that seek to have self-love are to “create a self-love ritual” among other things. Merriam Webster defines it as “love of self” which is pretty self-explanatory. But what does the Bible say? Anyone that wants to know what love is in the Bible, typically goes to I Corinthians 13. I Cor. 13:5 says that love seeketh not her own. Verse 4 says love vaunteth (to boast; to make vain display of one’s own worth, to brag, to talk with vain ostentation) not itself, Nowhere in I Corinthians 13 do you see love expressed as being toward yourself, it is an action verb meaning it is directed toward others. It is actually a contradiction of terms to love oneself. I say nowhere in I Cor. 13, but in fact, nowhere in the scripture do you see love as being directed toward yourself.
Self-love is a term and practice brought on by the world or Satan i.e. doctrines of devils, it goes in direct contradiction to what the scripture teaches. We are to be self-less, not self-centered, which is what self-love is a practice of doing. The bible teaches we are to put others needs before our self. The bible does not teach self-deprivation. It does not teach that we are not worthy of food, or taking care of our self, just that we are to put others, before our self. At the beginning of this paper, I reminded us of I Corinthians 14:33a says that God is not the author of confusion. If someone teaches a worldly teaching and claims it is of God, when the Bible very clearly teaches otherwise i.e. II Tim. 3:2, you would do good to reject the heresy, and cling to the truth.
The world has so infected the “church” that sacrifice, holiness, church attendance, even reverence for the Word of God is all but gone. People no longer want to be convicted of sin, they want comfort and convenience. Most don’t want to please God, they want God to please them. This is not an attack on any one, just a clarification of a biblical teaching, and an attempt to help those that seek to honor God, to better do so.

A very good explanation for the struggle. I may be an author, but that doesn’t mean I have words for everything. This was a good study. I pray it helps others who have been hearing these modern teachings, feeling the tug that they are wrong, and needing Scriptural backing that hasn’t been skewed to fit the teaching.

(originally written and posted to FB in 2006. Slight edit to repost in 2021)
It would appear as if the North American mind set taught in the public schools, colleges and universities, that has crept into political arenas, business, the arts, and social philosophy, the mind set that is pushed through the various forms of media, and enforced by Supreme Courts, is going to be the very tool used to bring about the downfall of western civilization!
What mind set is that? Relativism, the concept that there is no absolute truth. Tolerance is another block in this mind set, the concept that no one is wrong, everyone has a way that is right for them, and everyone is entitled to their own opinion and choice of belief structure. These two concepts, relativism and tolerance, are being taught with ever more seriousness, urgency, and forcefulness across the nation, in the media, and through the shaping of the social conscience through all forms of secular entertainment. Look no further than Hollywood to see these efforts in full swing!
Sadly enough, these two concepts have infiltrated the social philosophy, world view, morals and ethics in the western church as well, regardless of denomination you choose to look at. Whether it’s the ordination of homosexuals and the re-interpretation that God didn’t really mean what He said about such lifestyles, or the rebuking of Israel for attempting to live in her God-given Covenant Land, the attempt to fit into society rather than stand out from it, the focus on humanitarian needs instead of marrying that with the Great Commission, or the embracing and invitation to other religions to share in worship services so that other religions understand that the Christian way isn’t the only way, no matter which way you slice it, these thought patterns have changed how the Church reads, interprets, and acts on, the Word of God itself!
In society, because of relativism and tolerance, anyone of the Judeo-Christian persuasion must be either indoctrinated as described above, or marginalized and/or outright persecuted for attempting to hold to Christ’s Words that He is the only way to Heaven, and that His way is the only way to live. Christians who have been successfully indoctrinated will turn against any Christian who isn’t, and accuse them of not being sensitive to those of other religions, of being homophobic, of refusing to get with the times and see that God had cursed Israel. These people don’t see the threats to their faith that are sliding into the public schools, and for many, the more blatant threats experienced at the hands of college and university philosophy professors cause them to lose their faith outright.
While North America itself, and western civilization as a whole, becomes a sitting duck for muslim invasion, the Church in turn, has become a sitting duck for humanism/socialism to one day walk in and take over. In case no one has noticed, the social/religious tolerance taught, preached, trumpeted, and believed by much of western society, completely ostracizes Christianity and those forms of Judaism that seek to whole-heartedly honor the Word of God. Indoctrinated Christians have no trouble with dividing the Land of Israel, see no problem with accepting alternative lifestyles, willingly engage in multi-faith endeavors, and encourage people to seek God however they see Him/her. Conferences and seminars to this end are happening all over. Speakers from the major “religions” are called in to share and speak, and present their corner of the religious spectrum. (edit 2021: this has happened where I live several times)
All while a much larger threat looms on the horizon! What is this threat? This threat is unseen, unheard, and if seen and heard, often misunderstood as to its real intentions. This threat’s goal is world domination by any means necessary. This threat sees relativism and tolerance as ways to get its foot in the door of unsuspecting westerners who embrace it with open arms, including this threat in their midst as just another “truth”, another “lifestyle choice”, and another “way to god”. This threat, is Islam! And nowhere in the world are the aims, goals, ideals, and methodologies better portrayed than in two regions of the Middle East, Iran, and the Palestinian Authority. “But those are extremes!” you may cry! No dear reader, they are not extremes. Similar thought patterns and ways of doing things have gone on for centuries in places like Saudi Arabia, Egypt, various African nations, and some parts of Asia to this day. What is new, is that now we are hearing about it, now we are seeing it on the ‘net, over the TV, on the radio. What is new, is that now Israel is here, a nation since 1948, to enflame and frustrate the “peaceful” aims of this religious sword!
All Islam has to do, is to hobnob with those who speak the languages of relativism and tolerance, and convince them of its own teachings that the “People of the Book” are a threat to them, and declare war against the Christians and Jews in western society. Humanism, secularism, proponents of evolutionary concepts, and proponents of the New World Order have already declared war on the Christian and Jew of western civilization, but their methods of warfare are not being seen, recognized, or fought against in our society. Why? Out of indoctrinated concern that to do so will brand the Christian or Jew as being intolerant of those around them!
What are these methods of their warfare? Make sure most children go to a public school, ensure they are exposed to world religions and political lifestyles, make sure they are taught to question the beliefs of their parents, and come up with their own understanding of their spirituality. Teach them that the Bible contains many errors, teach them to bolster what they read there with works from the ancient philosophers, and from those of other religions. Teach them that a loving God could not possibly mean what He said about alternative lifestyles, and be sure never to mention that along with the curse, God gave hope of future redemption for the house of Israel.
Make sure to indoctrinate their parents by pushing entertainment on them that challenge their Biblically held beliefs. Make bad guys look good by the end of the show, just put in a little “wrong” stuff here and there so that the Christian ends up saying “It wasn’t that bad, it only had one scene in it I don’t like”. From there, wean them onto harsher stuff, show them its ok to do things they thought God’s Word says is wrong. Spin the nightly news in such a way, as to make it a crime not to accept those whose values and beliefs differ from God’s stated path of Salvation. Never report on things that will alert the keener Christians to what is really going on.
Threaten pastors with revocation of tax exemption if they so much as raise a finger against governments or laws that contradict Scripture. Make sure they are brought to justice if they speak out against minority groups of any kind. Threaten Christian teachers that they will not receive their teaching certificate if they do not espouse the teachings of evolution and humanism. Revoke the certification of those that attempt to include Biblical morals and ethics in their classes.
If all this is done consistently and successfully, it will spread. Employers will refuse to hire employees who don’t share society’s level of tolerance. Lawyers and Judges will not adequately defend those who are opposed to “evolving truth” in society. Laws and rulings will increasingly favor what Christians and Jews refer to as sinful behaviour, and tell them both, “If you don’t like it, you don’t have to deal with it, flip the channel, walk down another street, close your front door”. Make sure Christian or Jewish politicians check their faith at the door and don’t let their religious views affect their positions, jobs, opinions, or any other matter while serving their county/province/state/country.
Christians and Jews who are unknowingly affected by this indoctrination, will seek to blend in with society, will avoid being overly conspicuous as to outspoken beliefs, morals, or ethical standards in business, politics, entertainment, or education. Such people fear that to be outspoken in such things is to risk ridicule, loss of a job, court appearances, harassment, and more!
The final result of this indoctrination, is that Islam can weave its way into our society unhindered, under the guise of just another lifestyle, another religion, another political ideology, another moral and ethical plane of social existence. Christians in places of national responsibility, thanks to this indoctrination, have opened their arms to Islamic influences without even realizing what they are doing. President Bush for example in his policies involving the Middle East, had clearly been a student of this indoctrination both growing up, and in the church setting. Of all the western civilizations currently in existence, the US is the loudest when it comes to Christians that are trying to maintain themselves in society, and also the loudest when it comes to groups trying to strike down the Christian influence on society. In Britain, the muslim voice has grown to alarming levels, but very little is being done to squelch it, other than the occasional indictment on charges of incitement to violence on the part of some of the local Imams. In Canada, it isn’t specific groups trying to shut down Christianity, or Imams calling for violence, it is the government listening to minority groups and a Supreme Court clamping down on the “religious rights” and “freedom of speech” of the Christian in this country.
Slowly but surely, the western world is seeing a steady erosion of “freedom of speech” and “freedom of religion”. These freedoms continue to exist for all groups, religious or otherwise, except for the Judeo-Christian population. The “tolerance” that is shown to other religious, lifestyle, etc, groups, does not extend to the Jewish or Christian population, because Jews and Christians hold a very “intolerant” view of faith, morals, ethics, sin, and life in general.
This form of persecution, this form of war, is not easily recognized because there are no deaths, no public executions where a literal life is lost. Instead of snuffing out the life breath of a person, their reputation is snuffed out instead, their livelihood is snuffed out, their social circle moves them to the outside and rejects them, character assassination is alive and well for any Christian who finds himself in the public eye doing or saying anything that smacks of absolutes, or intolerance. In places such as China or Ethiopia, Christians understand that their very lifeblood is at stake, and rather than shrink from it, they come up with all kinds of ways to carry on the Great Commission until finally found out. Once found out, these courageous Christians willingly physically die for their faith. The stakes are obvious in such countries, and a person knows, a person sees, that there is an instant threat on their life if they accept Christ as Messiah and Lord! Christian visitors from these countries say that they do not envy us here, that there, they see a recognizable threat to their existence, while here, it is drowned in materialism, ladder-climbing, and in the efforts mentioned in previous paragraphs.
Christianity in the western world is being threatened! Western civilization as we know it is also being threatened, ironically, through the very mechanism that threatens Christianity! Together we have a common enemy, that can only be seen as such if the social/religious blinders come off first! We need to see through the relativism and so-called tolerance that is being pushed on us. We need to recognize the threat to our lifestyles, faith, and society, and we need to raise the alarm so that others see it too! Only with alert Christians who shed the scales society has placed on them, only with churches who shed the scales that have been placed over them, will we be able to sound the alarm.
The global community, made up of the individual God-ordained nations, is threatened by Islam, a religious/political ideology, that has now been used to turn Iran into a Theocracy of the highest order next to Saudi Arabia itself. One President of this nation wanted to take it upon himself to usher in the advent of what Islam refers to as “the 12th Imam” or what Christians would call “the Antichrist”, for if you look at the prophecies in Daniel 11 about the Anti-Christ, then look at the prophecies of this “12th Imam” who to them is their returning saviour, you see a clear indication that Satan can’t lie to his people about this situation, that all he can do is embellish it, and that the one Mr. Ahmadinejad wanted to usher in back in 2006, is none-other than the one who will attempt world domination before Christ returns.
Whether now is God’s timing for this to occur or not, we are not sure. We do know however that many of the props required for this to happen are falling into place very quickly. But that is a subject for another article. What we are concerned about here, is that the tools being used against us, are the same tools being used against Christians and Jews. It’s time for the Church to wake up!

A group on MeWe that won’t let me post half the time, has people in it who not only accepted the vaccine, but are apparently sick and tired of hearing warnings about it that the admins allow others to post.
The problem I see however, is that while others do post warnings about the vaccine, they often fail to include methods of staying healthy and ways to mitigate being around those who took it. If all you’re going to do is throw out hand-wringing terrible news without including ways to protect yourself or mitigate or even reverse the warning, then it’s wise not to speak up. People get tired of nothing but doom and gloom and seemingly no way out of it.
In Scripture, God’s warnings always came alongside the ways His people could either avert the warning, prepare for the warning, live through the warning, or what would await them if they made it through the warning staying true to Him in spite of the difficulty. As believers, we must follow the same outline. If there are ways to avert the warning, state them. If there are ways to mitigate the warning, state them. If there are ways to prepare for the warning, state them. If they can push through the warning and there are positives waiting on the other side, state them. Not stating these things only feeds the fear-mongering out there and debilitating fear is not of God. God has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind!
How do we stay sound of mind and continue to operate in God’s power?
A) We spend time in God’s Word.
B) Spend time in prayer.
C) Ask ourselves and ask God, what we should be doing about what we are observing around us.
D) Observe what is going on around us with an eye to our role as believers and what is needed for us to maintain viability for that role.
E) Based on what God reveals to us about what is going on around us, and based on the ideas He brings across our paths, we formulate a course of action to avert, mitigate, prepare for, or pass through what is coming. Then lastly
F) We act on that course of action and encourage others to act on it too.
The loving thing to do is to warn and then to offer ideas, assistance and instruction to deal with the warning. Do not feed others’ fears of what is going on around us. Scripture says in Psalm 91 that we are not to fear the arrow that flies, nor the pestilence that walks at noon day, that those who hope in the Lord will watch and see a 1000 fall at their side and 10,000 at their right hand, but it ( the warning ) won’t come nigh them. Why? Because of where they took shelter!
Pestilence is rising!
Verbal arrows are flying all around us now!
People are dying all around us from mishandling of the so-called pandemic to drug overdoses to abortion to euthanasia, to terrorism to governments shooting their own citizens, to suicides, you name it! Our hope is not in the world around us. Our hope is not in governments to save us. Our hope is not in doctors to save us. Our hope is in Christ alone and He reminds us that this world is not our home and that many of us will die at the hands of those who hate us.
Rest assured however. God decides when you will and won’t die! If He decides it will be at the hands of your government, a terrorist, or a doctor, then the job He gave you to do will have been completed whether you realized it or not. I’ve also seen God take people home because what was coming they couldn’t handle, so He took them home. Some of these people thought they could handle what was coming, but God knew better.
If you are to live to see the Rapture, God will give the necessary knowledge and means to carry it out. If you don’t act on that knowledge and/or misuse the means He gives you, that is no longer in God’s court and you could send yourself home earlier than God originally designed. He will have to assign the remainder of the job he gave you, to someone else.
So this is an exhortation to anyone tempted to share the latest news and discoveries with others and “just leave it there”. Just leaving it there is having negative effects on those who are reading/listening. Just leaving it there is turning people away from you, and potentially away from the God you serve. People need hope. People need to see a light at the end of the tunnel somehow, someway, somewhere.
If all you can offer is a glimmer off a rain puddle, offer it! That puddle was caused by rain that God sent for their refreshment and rejuvenation. If that light belongs to a train coming down the track, then for the moment it can illuminate the next task till you all have to jump off the tracks to get out of it’s way. But don’t forget to warn them to jump off those tracks soon enough to avoid the train and let it pass. If that light belongs to a star, urge them to look to the One who made that star. Above creation however, Jesus Christ is our North Star to guide our way. The biggest light you can shine for others is the Word of God and the wisdom it brings to our current situation. Failure to shine this light when warning others will be the most damaging. Failure to shine a light period, is causing bitterness against those who think they are merely informing. If you’re going to speak up, speak up following God’s patterns given to you in Scripture. Others may still not like it, but what they do with the info will now be on their hands instead of yours.
Some Scriptures to end off with:
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind. 2 Timothy 1:7
Psalms 91:1-16
1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.
5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.
9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;
10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.
11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.
14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.Ezekiel 33:1-11
1 Again the word of the LORD came unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, speak to the children of thy people, and say unto them, When I bring the sword upon a land, if the people of the land take a man of their coasts, and set him for their watchman:
3 If when he seeth the sword come upon the land, he blow the trumpet, and warn the people;
4 Then whosoever heareth the sound of the trumpet, and taketh not warning; if the sword come, and take him away, his blood shall be upon his own head.
5 He heard the sound of the trumpet, and took not warning; his blood shall be upon him. But he that taketh warning shall deliver his soul.
6 But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned; if the sword come, and take any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at the watchman’s hand.
7 So thou, O son of man, I have set thee a watchman unto the house of Israel; therefore thou shalt hear the word at my mouth, and warn them from me.
8 When I say unto the wicked, O wicked man, thou shalt surely die; if thou dost not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood will I require at thine hand.
9 Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.
10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?
11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?

At first glance you may be thinking the title’s components can’t possibly be related to each other. I am going to share commentary on an article shared today by Dr. Joseph Mercola. The PDF for his article is included in his credit line below this list of quotes:

Since 2008, her primary focus has been on glyphosate and sulfur, but in the last year she has taken a deep dive into the science of the COVID-19 mRNA injection program and has published an excellent paper on the topic. ““Interestingly, Seneff found that countries where the vaccine has not raised the expected mortality rates are also not using glyphosate.”
“…it’s important to eliminate all processed vegetable oils (seed oils), which means eliminating virtually all processed foods as they are loaded with them. Seed oils radically impair mitochondrial energy production, increase oxidative stress and damage your immune system.”

The quotes above from the pdf linked to under the credit line, have an interesting train of thought happening. We go from Prions to Glyphosate to mRNA to the Spike Protein, in the space of 7 pages plus reference links.
In the paper I linked to in one of the quotes, Stephanie and her research partner discuss the presence of prions inside the spike protein. As we know, the spike protein is something we want to guard against within our bodies to keep our immune systems behaving as they should. This paper allows us to understand more of why the spike protein is such a problem.
EDIT December 27, 2022:
The above observations between prions and the spike protein were brought back to memory after reading this article:
https://scitechdaily.com/breakthrough-receptor-decoy-drug-neutralizes-covid-19-virus-including-omicron-and-other-variants/#comment-733611
I want to specifically direct your attention to a very long comment by a Mr P. Gutierrez, who read the study the above link discusses, and questions the state of the so-called “decoy”‘s effects on the virus. His questions, in light of what we know here in this commentary article regarding Seneff’s findings, should be taken with gravity and examined further.

EDIT February 1, 2023
Since this article was last updated, a research paper has come to light observing 26 cases of Mad Cow Disease in Humans, with jab dates dating back to 2021, and by the time the report was published in January 2023, only one of those 26 remained alive. The paper begins it’s introduction giving credit to Dr. Seneff as one of the papers they refer back to regarding the finding of prions in heavy concentrations in the spike protein. They link to her papers in their introduction and have this to say:
“Stephanie Seneff, PhD, who works in the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), along with her colleague Greg Nigh from Naturopathic Oncology in Portland, Oregon, identified a “GxxxG signature motif ” within the coding sequence for the mRNA portion of the injections that they say increases the risk that misfolding will occur, creating toxic oligomers, that are the basis of prion disease. They call this the “glycine zipper motif ” “
In Table 1 of the research paper, the earliest date those in the group of 26 was one person in France. 23 of the 26 cases come from France for this study, but as the study authors note in their opening pages, more cases began to show up around the world in such places as the UK and the USA. The person who received their second jab in April 2021, died July 6 2021, over a month before I first wrote this article. The most recent death among the 26 cases of this study, died May 2022, a full year after their second jab. The authors say that only one of the 26 patients, is still alive at publication of their paper.
Prion diseases are nothing to sneeze at, and diseases to be avoided! If you live in a country where Glyphosate is heavily used in the growing of crops for food, and you have taken the jab for any reason that is private to yourself and those you trust, your chances of contracting CJD is high and mitigation efforts need to start NOW!

Glyphosate has already been linked to intestinal trouble in various people, my brother included. Books and court cases have shown repeatedly, the dangers of using this pesticide on crops and the sometimes fatal trouble for humans as well as the insect population. The last page of the pdf in the Mercola credit line mentions a key in dealing not merely with Glyphosate, but the spike protein, the prion problem, and others.
Mercola writes:
“Although her paper didn’t delve into solutions, it provides a major clue. This is that your body has the capacity to address many of the problems through a process called autophagy. This is the process the body uses to remove damaged proteins.”
He goes on to mention three ways to encourage your body to to engage in autophagy:
1) Periodic or time-restricted fasting. Sometimes this is known as intermittent fasting. As a hypoglycemic, intermittent fasting is not something I can schedule, but happens when my body calls for it. The day I wrote this blog for example, the last time I ate before breakfast was 10:15pm the night before, and breakfast wasn’t till 10:30am and only a mere cracker/cheese/water snack at that. Lunch wasn’t till 2pm. It is what I refer to as a “low nutrition” day that I seem to need from time to time. If they come too frequently and are accompanied by a depressive or stressed state of mind, I need to force myself to eat.
2) Sauna therapy which encourages heat shock proteins to step up and refold any proteins that are misfolded and tag others for removal. There are two types of Saunas, those with steam, and those that are dry. As an allergic asthmatic, too much moisture in the air is a problem for me, so sitting in a wet sauna is a recipe for coughing. For those like myself, dry saunas are recommended.
3) Removal of foods and oils from your home that were grown being sprayed with Glyphosate. Depending on where you live, this can be a challenge. You also need to read labels as not all processed foods use seed oils, though most do. More and more companies are switching over to olive oil, avocado oil, or coconut oil. So if you aren’t yet in the habit of reading ingredient lists on packaged foods, now is the time to start in earnest! It used to be considered novel and trendy by those in the somewhat hippy-ish side of life, to learn where your food came from and how it was grown. Now your health depends on it! You aren’t just interested in where it comes from, but how it’s grown is of paramount importance.
This is one beneficial side effect to shopping local for your food as often as you are able. Not only does it get rid of supply chain and distribution problems, but it lets you chat with the farmer about their practices. Some companies are cluing into this situation by publishing in their flyers, brochures and handouts, how they raise and process their food. This is good news! If you are raising a young family, or considering having a family, get into these habits now so that you give your next generation the best head start to life that you can, and the best chance at a longer life than many will live around them in the near future.

The powers of observation come in many different forms. . . taste, touch, smell, hearing, seeing, and intuition. By themselves, these methods of observing our world tell us about it and help us interact with it. How they help us interact with the world around us requires more than mere observation however. It is thoroughly possible to observe something and have absolutely no inclination to interact with it or do anything about it. This lack of inclination has proven downright deadly for critters and people alike down through history. Sadly, this lack of inclination to act on what is observed around us has even hit God’s People at various times in the past as well.
We have all heard the analogy of the frog in a pot of boiling water. But something about that analogy hit me over the head as I was talking with a friend one evening about the various definitions and uses of something known as discernment.
What is discernment?
Discernment is the ability to act wisely based on what has been observed, and the implications such an observation has presented. Unfortunately, if the implications of what is observed are not apparent to the person doing the observing, their ability to discern the appropriate course of action is severely hampered. Scripture sometimes refers to discernment as walking circumspectly, having your wits about you, being alert, being wise and knowing the right choice to make when faced with a decision. This is not to be confused with intuition. As listed above, intuition is merely another method of observing the world around us. It can tell us when something is about to happen. But if we have no knowledge of that event’s implications or have no inclination to act on what our intuition is telling us, it’s useless.
While some translations of God’s Word list the Gift of Discernment, God has this to say:
Hebrews 5:14 “But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.”
The way a child of God hones their spiritual senses, is through active use combined with having studied God’s Word. Ideally, this will produce the ability to not merely observe a situation, but to also recognize short and long-range implications of that situation and make the appropriate judgement call as a result.
This requires several things:
1) It requires knowing what God says about the situation. Many people over the years have come to me asking what God says about this or that. Sometimes it’s the proverbial, “What does God say about eating a hamburger?”. Other times I am asked what God says about relationships or entertainment choices or church family situations, just to name a few. There are some excellent resources out there that I have used through the course of my life. . . Offline or online, there is first and foremost, the Word of God itself! God’s Word is stuffed full of guidance in handling every day situations that come up in our lives. Learning to pull out the guiding principles comes with learning how to study God’s Word, learning how to ask the 5 W’s and then learning how to appropriate that information to today. God’s Word is always relevant! However, that relevance isn’t always apparent at first glance. God’s Word has the basics for life on the surface, but has filled the Scriptures with depth and layers. God says Himself that those layers are to be plumbed for the riches they contain. The deeper one goes in the Word of God, the more mature they become. Paul speaks of both the milk and the meat of God’s Word. The milk refers to the basics of our Salvation and of living the Christian life. The meat refers to the deeper things of God’s Word, doctrinal issues, and applications to every day life.
2nd Timothy 2:15 “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
It is in learning how to rightly divide the Word of Truth that other tools can come alongside God’s Word to help us get the most out of it. Now please do not interpret this to mean that God’s Word can not stand by itself! Far from it! If none of the resources I will mention existed, God’s Word would still contain all we need for life and godliness! God’s Word does not need these resources to be understood. These are merely helps!
Resources include a copy of the Strong’s Concordance, the Strong’s Hebrew and Greek Interlinears, one of many Bible Dictionaries, and even commentaries written by others who have studied the passage you are looking at. Keep in mind that commentaries are written by people, not by God, and therefore may occasionally be prone to error. Several commentators may interpret the same passage a variety of different ways, not all of which will keep the 5 W’s in mind as they do so. I’ve heard some pretty strange commentaries on various passages of Scripture that left me wondering how on earth they got that out of the passage they were reading!! So be careful! Even the use of resources requires that one be discerning and careful, not accepting everything they come across as Gospel.
2) Knowing what God says about the situation lays the foundation for examining the situation before you. Once you know what God says, you can then begin to ascertain the short and long-term implications facing you. This requires thinking beyond the immediate! Too many people these days think only in the moment, and give no thought as to how their actions will affect themselves or others in the sometimes not-so-distant future. Thinking only in the immediate removes the knowledge of that situation’s implications, and has been repeatedly known to have dire effects on those affected by both the situation and the lack of foreknowledge.
But how do you gain a sense of foreknowledge? In most cases it’s pretty simple. . . Ask yourself what will happen if you respond to this situation in a given manner. Sometimes you are watching something happen, and it’s a simple matter of extrapolating the final culmination of what you see going on before you. For example, if you are watching a motorbike speed down on the wrong side of the road, you can extrapolate that if that biker doesn’t cross back into his own lane, the chances of a head-on collision are imminent. The short term effect will often be his death, and the long-term effect might be the loss of a Mother or Father’s critical influence in someone’s home, and the need for the other driver to replace their vehicle and end up deeper in debt as a result. The person without any such foreknowledge will see the biker speed down the wrong side of the road and rather than see any implications, will comment on how cool that bike is, or how amazing the guy’s leathers are, totally missing the import of the situation before him. That example doesn’t require action on the part of the observer. But a little imagination on the part of the reader can no doubt come up with examples that require them to act.
3) Once you have that foreknowledge, you are required to act! Notice I said “required”!!! Scripture says that we are beholden to the knowledge we possess. One example is in the book of Proverbs:
Proverbs 6:30-31 “Men do not despise a thief, if he steal to satisfy his soul when he is hungry; But if he be found, he shall restore sevenfold; he shall give all the substance of his house.”
In other words, for this example from Proverbs, a man is not scorned for needing to eat. But if he’s caught stealing, he is expected to pay up! He is liable for his actions, and those around him will expect him to own up and pay up. Scripture also says
James 4:17 “Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.”
When you come across a situation and ascertain the potential implications of which way that situation could go, you are obligated to make a choice! The choice you make will decide which of those short and long-term implications will take place! For good, or for bad.
But what if the situation is vague? What if the situation could go either way and neither way seems to have bad implications in the short or long term? What then? Actually, most of life’s situations are in this particular camp. Most of life carries along on the backs of the small, seemingly insignificant situations and decisions that appear to affect no one in any kind of negative way. But taken together, they can steer the whole course of a person’s life either toward the right track, or away from it. Lifestyle choices for example, are full of this. Choices to be a couch potatoe, eat fast food on a regular basis, don’t exercise the brain or the body very much, and just coast through life generally results in a physically ill person with a simple mind, going nowhere and accomplishing very little. We know this is not God’s will or purpose for anyone’s life, and Scripture is full of the guiding principles that encourage us away from such a life style.
Discernment grows with time and use. It is needed across ALL areas of life, from home life, to entertainment to work life to church life to education and everything in between.
Discernment requires wisdom! God says
James 1:5 “If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.”
Christ said before He went up into Heaven,
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” John 14:26.
Other translations say that the Holy Spirit will lead you into all truth.
There are times when we do not have the knowledge within us to make a wise decision regarding some situation that we face. In such situations, we can ask God for that wisdom, and He will guide us to the answers we need in order to formulate the action required to get through that situation wisely.
Unfortunately it would seem many among God’s people have become lax over the decades and are no longer circumspect about what is going on their world, no longer discerning the implications of their immediate actions, nor discerning how events around them will affect them now or into the future. This has led to a cooling of faith for many and resulted in what evangelists, preachers, and theologians are referring to as the Laodicean church. This is a church that has lost its saltiness in the world around it. This is a church that has lost its fervor and its fire for serving God at all costs. This is a church content with blending in with those around it, and that has lost its relevancy due to straying from its first love. This church has become blind not only to the world around it, but blind to its own condition, thinking of itself as beautiful and rich, when in reality it is sickly, naked and poor.
This brings me back to the analogy of the frog that I mentioned at the beginning. As we all know, the frog is a cold-blooded amphibious creature. It warms itself in the sun or in warm water. It knows where there is heat, and it knows where there is cold. It can tell hot and cold apart. It’s not a dumb frog and would be offended if you referred to it as dumb. But being the cold-blooded creature it is, combined with its love for warmth, it has a weakness. If its surroundings gradually warm up past the point its body can handle, the poor frog will not notice and die. As a child, I used to rescue tree frogs from the road outside my home. They loved to sun themselves there, but would invariably either get run over by cars driving down the street, or get so warm they’d fry right there and die. So my brother and I would rescue them and take them back to the creek behind our house in an effort to save their little lives. These frogs, for all their knowledge of hot and cold, could not discern the danger inherent in gradual temperature increases, nor the danger of their chosen surroundings. Pavement heats up really nice on a sunny day, but it is frequented by huge noisy metal creatures driven by humans, and can get so warm that it hurts human feet to walk on! The frog’s ability to discern these things does not seem to exist and many have died as a result.
There is a dark and dire warning here. As Christians, we need to be alert not only to life’s myriad of little decisions and situations that make up who we become and how we shape our existence, but we also need to be alert to the situations we face that affect our spiritual lives and those around us. We can’t allow our powers of observation and intuition to be limited just to the here and now. It is imperative that we are exercising these abilities in the spirit realm too; learning when seemingly innocuous situations might have short and long-term effects not merely in the physical realm where they appear to be occurring, but also in our hearts and minds and in our spirit, and in the spirit realm around us. Seemingly innocent things such as an interest in ancient mythology, has been shown in my experience with children and young adults, to have deeper consequences than first thought.
I grew up with a fascination for the ancient mythos of Greece, Rome, Norse, Egypt and Babylon. It was a passing fascination and nothing I ever got obsessed with, a fact that I would become very thankful for years later. Years ago as my own daughter began to develop a fascination with ancient civilizations and their mythos, she discovered ancient Egypt and began bringing books home about it. These books mentioned the Egyptian mythos and the various names of the gods and goddesses that were not merely in the mythos, but worshipped by the people of the day. Around this time a young friend of mine on the Internet revealed to me a struggle she was having with a particular demon. When she mentioned its name, I ran for one of these books my daughter brought home, and sure enough, it was the name of one of the gods in the book! Suddenly I was aware that what I had previously thought was a combination of “explanation of how the world works” and ancient false worship, was very much alive today and I had to warn my daughter about the dangers of obsession with the ancient mythos. More recently it also occurred to me that the demons behind the perpetration of these myths are bringing their stories into modern times with the likes of the Persie Jackson series of books and the movies made from them, the fresh rise of interest in vampirism, and the growth of the darker sub-cultures leading people into witchcraft(wiccan) and other earth worship such as druidism, paganism, and others I could name.
The discerning Christian must look at what is going on around them, whether it be in entertainment such as books, movies, music, etc, or whether it be on the news, and not simply see the surface for what it is, but look past the surface and see the implications, both short and long-term of what they are hearing, seeing, and experiencing. Failure to discern the times in which we live will hamper our ability to be salt and light in the world around us. We need to see what is coming down the pipe to be prepared for it. Without such preparation, we will be at the mercy of those events equally as much as those God is otherwise calling us to be there for. If we look at the news and say to ourselves, “oh that’s over there, it will never affect me”, we are missing the import of what is going on. If we see natural disasters, wars and rumors of wars, religious uprisings and unrest, we are to be alert and wise, doing what we can to ensure first that such things are unnecessary where we are, and second, that if such things should ripple back to where we are, that we are ready to address them and to help those who will go through them.
We must not be like the frog, knowing hot from cold, knowing right from wrong, but being desensitized by the world around us because we fail to notice the gradual changes taking place. Remember its all the little things that come together to change the course of one’s life, and sometimes change the course of history!
Let us pray for wisdom to be discerning, and for the wherewithall to act on that wisdom in a way that will benefit all involved so that we are enabled to be God’s hand extended.
